The villa is a single-storey property with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, lounge, formal dining room and a large garden room with comfortable seating at the front of the property. From it's elevated position, Casa Mirador has wonderful views from the property to the Coll de Rates mountains. Casa Mirador has satellite TV showing UK terrestrial channels and Wi Fi internet.
There are 3 bedrooms - with king bed, double bed and twin beds. The king bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is a full family bathroom with bath and shower adjacent to the double and twin bedrooms.
Outside, there is an 8 x 4 swimming pool with Roman steps, a poolside BBQ summer kitchen with charcoal BBQ and sink, 6 sun loungers, and 2 alfresco dining areas with parasols plus a further seating area overlooking the pool. The views from the villa are magnificent; both at the front and at the rear. The property is beautifully maintained and presented both inside and out and is totally private.
Casa Mirador is situated just a few minutes drive from the charming and traditional Spanish village of Parcent in the Jalon Valley. The villages of the Jalon Valley, with their excellent country restaurants and all amenities, are within a 10 minute drive radius. The sandy beaches and resorts of Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia are 25 minutes by car. The property is private and the views across the Jalon Valley to the mountains are uninterrupted. The country development of Arenal is small, quiet and relaxed.

Jalon and Orba (10 minutes drive) are small towns with all amenities - shops and supermarkets, bars, restaurants, internet, bank facilities, weekly markets, wineries. Jalon Valley villages are all within a 10 minute drive radius of Casa Mirador and all have excellent bars and restaurants serving great food for all budgets and tastes.

Quality bathroom towels, pool/beach towels and linen are included and changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. Welcome pack is provided.
£150 security damages deposit refundable within 10 working days of departure.
We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.
A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Any arrival day/departure day is possible (minimum 7 nights rental), subject to fitting in with other bookings in the diary. Part weeks are charged pro rata of the weekly rental rate.
